Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the implementation of FinregE’s Regulatory Horizon Scanning and Change Management modules for global financial services clients.
- Act as a subject matter expert on regulatory change processes, guiding clients through the transition from manual, fragmented workflows to AI-driven, centralized, and automated compliance operations.
- Identify client-specific regulatory footprints and configure FinregE to deliver tailored, real-time regulatory alerts across jurisdictions and business lines.
- Translate client challenges in tracking regulatory developments into optimized use of FinregE’s capabilities — including RIG™ (Regulatory Insights Generator), digital rulebooks, rules-to-controls mapping, and compliance workflows.
- Demonstrate how AI and machine learning in FinregE overcome inefficiencies in traditional processes — such as delayed updates, information overload, poor traceability, and lack of impact assessment rigor.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to help compliance teams adopt AI-enabled tools and shift from reactive to proactive compliance.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure client requirements are reflected in platform configurations and integrations.
- Gather feedback from clients to inform product enhancements and drive continuous improvement of FinregE’s regulatory change management suite.
- Support the creation of implementation playbooks, process maps, and best practice guides for AI-powered compliance transformation.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, regulatory change management, or horizon scanning within financial services.
- Deep understanding of the challenges of manual regulatory monitoring processes.
- Proven exposure to RegTech solutions and a strong interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation in compliance.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled platforms, natural language processing, or machine learning applications in legal/regulatory contexts is highly desirable.
- Ability to articulate how technology like FinregE improves efficiency, accuracy, speed, and governance in regulatory change management.
- Strong client-facing skills with experience in consulting, implementation, or change management support.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Regulatory Compliance, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with AI-based compliance tools, regulatory databases, or GRC platforms.
- Knowledge of global financial regulations (e.g., MiFID II, Dodd‑Frank, Basel, GDPR, SMCR, ASIC, etc.).
- Understanding of compliance workflows, impact assessments, control mappings, and reporting dashboards.
- Prior experience in client onboarding or system implementation within a software or consulting environment.
- Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS platforms, APIs, and data integration concepts.
Education
- B.Tech, BBA, LLB, B.Com, or Bachelor’s in Finance, Law, or Regulatory Compliance (Required)
- Postgraduate qualifications (e.g., MBA, M.Com, LLM) in a relevant field are a plus.
- Engineering background candidates will be given a preference.
