We are looking for a talented and versatile Visual Designer to join our team and shape how FinregE looks, feels, and communicates visually. You will be our primary designer, responsible for everything from website asset design, marketing collateral and sales enablement assets to product UI support and brand governance. This is a high-ownership role. You will work closely with marketing, product, and the senior leadership team to translate complex regulatory and technical concepts into clear, compelling visual communication. If you thrive in an environment where your work has direct commercial impact and you can see your designs in front of major financial institutions, this is the role for you.

What You Will Do

  • Brand and visual identity
    • Own and evolve the FinregE visual brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
    • Maintain and develop the brand guidelines, asset library, and design system.
    • Act as the internal guardian of brand standards, advising stakeholders on correct usage.
  • Digital and web
    • Create digital assets for the FinregE website, including landing pages, banners, and imagery.
    • Work with the product and engineering teams to support UI design, iconography, and in-product visual elements as required.
    • Optimise assets for web performance and accessibility.
  • Marketing and content design
    • Design a wide range of marketing materials including whitepapers, reports, infographics, email campaigns, social media assets, and event collateral.
    • Create visually engaging content that translates complex regulatory topics into accessible formats for a financial services audience.
    • Support the marketing team with campaign creative, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Sales and client-facing materials
    • Design pitch decks, proposal documents, one-pagers, and client presentations that reflect FinregE's credibility and professionalism.
    • Work alongside the sales and account management teams to produce bespoke materials for key client opportunities.
    • Ensure all client-facing design output meets the high standards expected by FCA regulated institutions.
  • Product support
    • Collaborate with product managers and developers to provide design input on product interfaces, data visualisations, and dashboards.
    • Contribute to a consistent and professional user experience within the FinregE platform.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience and skills
    • Around 3 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally with some exposure to a B2B, fintech, or regulated industry environment.
    • A strong, varied portfolio demonstrating brand work, print and digital collateral, and presentation design.
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma.
    • Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
    • Experience designing for both print and digital outputs.
    • Comfortable working with motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar) is a plus.
  • Working style
    • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Strong communicator who can articulate design decisions clearly to non-designers.
    • Proactive and self-directed: you do not wait to be told what to do.
    • Detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment where priorities can shift.
  • Sector awareness
    • An interest in or understanding of financial services, compliance, or regulatory technology is advantageous.
    • Comfortable designing for a professional, trust-critical audience where accuracy and tone matter as much as aesthetics.
