We are excited to partner with a boutique investment bank to help onboard a summer cycle Analyst in their Investment Banking Division. This is designed for ambitious individuals ready to immerse themselves in the fast-paced and dynamic world of finance.
As an Analyst, you will gain first-hand exposure to the intricacies of investment banking through hands-on experience. Working alongside senior bankers and analysts, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting in-depth financial analysis, including company valuations, DCF, LBO modeling, and precedent transaction analysis.
- Preparing detailed client presentations and pitch books to support business development and ongoing transactions.
- Assisting in the execution of live deals, including due diligence and transaction structuring.
- Staying updated on market activity, industry trends, and M&A opportunities to contribute to client solutions.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the company and building strong relationships with clients.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A demonstrated passion for investment banking, with a keen interest in M&A or Private Equity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- A self-motivated and proactive approach, thriving in high-pressure, team-oriented environments.
- Prior experience through internships or relevant coursework in finance, economics, or related fields (preferred but not required).
