The Role
As a Junior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving outbound sales to enterprise-level organisations. You will focus on identifying and engaging senior finance stakeholders such as CFOs, Finance Directors and Heads of Credit or Collections. This role is ideal for someone currently working as a BDR or SDR who has experience with complex SaaS sales and is ready to take the next step. You will need to be confident in managing outbound campaigns and have some exposure to the later stages of the sales process, such as attending demos or supporting closing activities alongside senior salespeople. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to demo, proposal and close with a focus on outbound-led activity. You will also have the opportunity to learn directly from experienced sales leaders in a business that values initiative, curiosity and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound campaigns targeting enterprise finance teams.
- Identify and qualify senior stakeholders within target accounts.
- Deliver tailored product demos that focus on solving real finance and collections challenges.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting through to closing.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline activity within the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success and operations teams to ensure smooth handovers and a strong customer experience.

About You
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR or similar outbound sales role.
- Proven success generating new business through outbound activity.
- Experience selling complex SaaS or technology solutions.
- Exposure to enterprise sales cycles and understanding of the demo or closing process.
- Confident speaking with senior stakeholders and tailoring your approach to different audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated, ambitious and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business.
- Strong organisational skills and experience with CRM and outreach tools.
- Experience selling to finance, accounting or treasury teams.
- Knowledge of the Office of the CFO technology stack or financial automation tools.
