  • Identify and qualify senior stakeholders within target accounts.
  • Deliver tailored product demos that focus on solving real finance and collections challenges.

  • Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline activity within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success and operations teams to ensure smooth handovers and a strong customer experience.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Gather and share feedback from the market to help shape future go-to-market strategies.

About You

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR or similar outbound sales role.
  • Proven success generating new business through outbound activity.
  • Experience selling complex SaaS or technology solutions.
  • Exposure to enterprise sales cycles and understanding of the demo or closing process.
  • Confident speaking with senior stakeholders and tailoring your approach to different audiences.

  • Highly motivated, ambitious and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business.
  • Strong organisational skills and experience with CRM and outreach tools.
  • Experience selling to finance, accounting or treasury teams.
  • Knowledge of the Office of the CFO technology stack or financial automation tools.
  • A genuine interest in the finance and fintech space.

Rewards and Benefits

  • Base salary of £40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.
  • 30% commission on contract value for 100% outbound-sourced deals (where the lead was not generated via partners or marketing).
  • 10% commission on indirect or inbound leads.
  • Clear career progression and training to help you become a full Account Executive.
  • Opportunity to work with a cutting-edge SaaS product that delivers measurable value to enterprise finance teams.
