Role Summary
We are hiring two Business Development Managers to support continued growth across the enterprise segment. These roles are focused on new business acquisition across both the UK and US markets, targeting senior finance stakeholders including CFOs, Finance Directors and Heads of AR, Credit and Collections. You will own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to close, operating in a highly consultative, value-led sales environment, engaging with complex organisations and multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute full-cycle sales from prospecting through to close
- Drive new business across UK and US enterprise accounts
- Develop and manage outbound strategies targeting finance teams
- Engage senior stakeholders across the Office of the CFO (CFO, FD, Head of AR, Credit)
- Run discovery, deliver tailored product demonstrations and build compelling business cases
- Manage complex deal cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and CRM hygiene
- Collaborate with marketing, partnerships and customer success to maximise deal success
- Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience & Expertise
- Proven track record as a Business Development Manager / Account Executive in a SaaS environment
- Experience selling into the Office of the CFO (finance, accounting, treasury teams)
- Strong new business focus with consistent overachievement against quota
- Experience managing enterprise or mid market deal cycles
- Experience selling into US and/or international markets is highly desirable
- Background in financial automation, fintech, or ERP adjacent solutions preferred
- Accounts Receivable or collections software experience is a strong advantage

- Confident running end-to-end sales processes independently
