About the Role: What will you be doing?

• Ownership of aspects of the monthly management reporting, including posting monthly journals, reconciling balance sheet accounts & producing a monthly pack to be reviewed by the FM/FC which contains variance analysis and commentary.
• Monitoring and analysing actual performance against budget and forecast, investigating and explaining variances.
• Assisting junior team members with purchases and billings processes.
• Review of cash position and preparing inputs into short-term cash forecasting.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support the business with decision making.
• Assist with regular compliance reporting such as VAT returns, corporation tax returns and statutory accounts.

About You:

• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
• Experience of Netsuite preferable.
• Audit background preferable and experience of a B2B SaaS business or businesses in the Tech & Media space would be advantageous.
• Working knowledge of all accounting processes.
• Collaborative, can do attitude and flexible approach.
• Effective communicator, clear written and verbal communication.
• Self-starter, intellectually curious and proactive.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Proficient in use of MS Excel and Outlook.
