About the Role

The Head of Technical Delivery is a high-impact leadership position accountable for the execution of Finova’s most complex technical solutions. You are not just managing timelines; you are the architect of our delivery engine. This role provides the strategic oversight and governance necessary to ensure that technical outcomes are high-quality, predictable, and cost-effective. You will bridge the gap between Sales, Product, and Engineering, creating a seamless flow from strategic concept to client-ready reality. By evolving our operating models and fostering a culture of excellence, you ensure that our technology delivery is a competitive advantage for the business.

What will you be doing?

  • Leading the Function: Providing strategic leadership across all technical delivery units, ensuring cross-functional alignment and downstream client success.

  • Translating Strategy: Partnering with Sales and Product to turn high-level roadmaps into executable, realistic delivery plans.

  • Advocating for Modernity: Championing the adoption of CI/CD, Agile at scale, and continuous improvement practices across all squads.
