Salary: £75k – £80k plus bonus and excellent benefits
I’m working with a high-growth, VC-backed SaaS business building an AI-native finance and revenue operations function. They are hiring a Head of FinOps to work directly with the CFO to design and run a highly automated, systems-led finance operating model.
This is a non-traditional finance role focused on ERP, systems, data flows and automation, rather than BAU accounting.

You will own the finance systems and operating infrastructure, leading a full ERP migration and building automated workflows across Finance and RevOps. The aim is to create a lean, scalable, AI-enabled finance function with minimal manual processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation (data, integrations, cutover, go-live)
- Own finance systems architecture across ERP, CRM and HRIS
- Automate core finance processes (AP, close, reporting, treasury)
- Build and maintain quote-to-cash workflows and ARR/MRR data integrity
- Develop automated FP&A and board reporting data structures
- Drive workflow automation across Finance and RevOps
- Support deployment of AI-driven finance workflows
What they’re looking for
- 3–6 years’ experience in Finance Systems, RevOps or Technical Finance
- Proven ERP implementation experience (hands-on delivery)
- Experience integrating CRM (e.g. HubSpot) with finance systems
- Strong automation mindset (workflow tools, system thinking)
- Solid accounting fundamentals (IFRS, multi-entity, audit-ready)
- SaaS/high-growth experience advantageous
Why apply?
- Build a modern, AI-native finance function from the ground up
- High ownership role directly with the CFO
- Significant exposure to systems, data and automation strategy
