About Finom

Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.

Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.

At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.

We're hiring Senior Product Managers to join a single pool covering three high-impact teams:

  • Integrations — expanding the ecosystem SMEs plug into their financial stack
  • Risk Engine (TRI) — the intelligence layer protecting the platform and our customers at scale
  • Activation — turning new users into engaged, retained customers from day one

What you'll do:

  • Own your domain's roadmap and outcomes end-to-end, from problem definition to shipped impact. This is a hands-on role for those who enjoy turning ideas into meaningful features for our customers.
  • Be close to our customers constantly: you understand their needs and how can Finom support their business.
  • Prototype fast, including with AI tools, to test ideas before committing engineering time; we ship by learning quickly, not by writing the perfect PRD upfront.
  • Partner directly with Engineering, Design, and Data as a peer.
  • Make the commercial case for what you build; you understand the P&L implications of your roadmap, not just the user story.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years in product management, ideally in fintech, banking, or high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • A track record of owning ambiguous problem spaces and turning them into shipped, measurable outcomes.
  • Strong quantitative instincts; you're comfortable with data, not just directionally, but the nitty-gritty of it.
  • Genuinely commercially minded and customer-centric; you can hold both at once, not trade one for the other.
  • European market experience is a plus, not a requirement.

What You Will Get In Return:

  • Make a genuine impact on the product.
  • Join our upward trajectory, and grow with us. We provide the resources and opportunities for continuous personal and professional development, empowering you to make a genuine impact on our evolving product.
  • Work in the EU. Embark on this exciting journey with us and enjoy the flexibility of traveling and working remotely or in a hybrid model across Europe.
  • Become a stock options holder. Unlock your inner entrepreneur and align your aspirations with ours through our Stock Options Program.
  • Receive unwavering support and care. Finom stands by you at every step, embodying our commitment to your well-being and success reflected in our modern, friendly, and eco-conscious corporate culture.
  • Work & Swim program. Immerse yourself in our exclusive Work & Swim Program. Spend one month in a comfortable corporate apartment in enchanting Cyprus.

How to prepare for a job interview at Finom

Understand the Product Life Cycle

As a product management candidate, we need to get our head around the complete product life cycle. Be prepared to discuss real-world examples of how you’ve managed product development from ideation to launch. Bring specific insights on tools like JIRA or Trello that can help streamline these processes.

Showcase Your Cross-Functional Skills

Product management is all about collaboration. We should be ready to highlight how we’ve worked across teams—think marketing, engineering, and design. Prepare to discuss scenarios where you had to mediate differing opinions and how you got everyone on board with a shared vision.

Prepare for Case Studies

In a full-time role, we can expect to encounter case study questions during our interviews. Practise solving hypothetical product problems on the spot, such as prioritising features for a new app or improving user engagement metrics. This will show our analytical thinking and decision-making skills.

Know Your Metrics

Let’s face it, numbers are our best friends in product management. We should prepare to discuss key performance indicators (KPIs) and how we've used analytics to inform product decisions. Dive into examples where data has driven our strategy for improvements or justified product changes.
