Product and Sales Manager – Ladieswear
Join a global player in fashion and textiles, delivering end-to-end design, development, and sourcing for some of the biggest names in retail. With UK roots and manufacturing across Asia, they fuse creativity, quality, and speed to market.
We are looking for a Product and Sales Manager Womenswear who can own the commercial and product development process from first sketch to final delivery and ensure the womenswear division stays ahead of trends.
Your Impact
- Grow and nurture key customer accounts, while seeking new business opportunities.
- Oversee categories such as wovens, jersey, knitwear, and denim, taking designs from concept to production.
- Present trend-led product ranges confidently to buyers.
- Manage timelines across design, merchandising, and production.
- Maintain relationships with global suppliers (China, Bangladesh, India) for seamless sampling and manufacturing.
- Drive sales strategy, with accurate forecasts, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Travel internationally to meet clients and suppliers, representing the brand.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 6-10 years in womenswear product and sales within fashion retail or sourcing.
- Hands-on experience at NEXT (Assistant Buyer, Buyer) or in NEXT Sourcing supplier base (e.g., Vogue, Li & Fung, PDS) at the Product/Account Manager level.
- Proven expertise in product development from design to delivery.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts.
- Strategic thinker with a creative eye, deep understanding of garment construction, fabrics, costing, and offshore manufacturing.
