An exciting opportunity has come up with a central London based company that designs, develops and delivers first class Home Fragrance and Beauty products to world-leading retailers.
Working in the product team, you will be responsible for assisting in product development, sample management, project coordination, critical path management, and working closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist Product Manager in managing the critical path, ensuring deadlines are met alongside Merchandiser and Product Developer.
- Coordinate sample deliveries, collections, and track sample movement between teams, clients, and factories.
- Support in processing, labelling, photographing, and logging received samples for marketing, press, and Ecommerce.
- Ensure samples are organized for meetings and maintain a tidy sample checking area.
- Update product, packaging, and labelling documents, and support in checking product packaging artworks and supplier communications.
Required Experience And Skills
- Graduate with experience in office and administration.
- High proficiency in MS Office; Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Strong time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced design/import environment.
- Excellent communication skills for building professional relationships internally and externally.
- Positive, self-motivated with a can do attitude and ability to work under pressure.
