An exciting Community Marketing Specialist opportunity with an iconic global brand.
The Opportunity
As the Community Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in growing the community across the UK and European region through meaningful relationships and cultural connection. This is a hands-on pivotal role for someone who is passionate about consumers, trends and energy that drive communities across sport, style and culture. This is a 5 days a week full-time office-based position. Hybrid working is not offered.
Main responsibilities:
- Community engagement, managing relationships with athletes and creators, building long-term brand love and cross-category focus across all the pillars of the brand, including training lifestyle, running and basketball.
- Activation support, assisting in delivering grassroots brand moments.
- Talent scouting and support by spotting fresh voices and cultural leaders across online and local scenes who align with the brand's spirit and values.
- Story-telling, briefing and collaboration, partnering with agencies and social teams.
Skills And Experience Requirements:
- Ideally around 3-4 years community, influencer or social marketing experience gained within music, fashion, sportswear or cultural sectors.
- Must have a strong understanding of youth and street culture, especially across key UK & European cities.
- Experience working with talent and agencies on events, campaigns and seeding programs.
