What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading multi-season, end-to-end product development
- Partnering closely with Design, Product, Technical & Sourcing teams
- Driving materials, construction, fit, performance & sustainability decisions
- Managing critical paths, samples, fit sessions & wear testing
- Collaborating with factories & suppliers to solve challenges and improve efficiency
- Coaching and mentoring junior developers
