What Youll Be Doing:
- Supporting the end-to-end development of commercially strong, consumer-first products, working closely with Designers, Developers, Materials teams and global suppliers.
- From first concept to final sample, youll play a real part in shaping what reaches the consumer.
- Supporting the product lifecycle from concept through to final sample.
- Preparing and maintaining technical packs and product specifications.
- Reviewing prototypes for fit, quality and construction.
- Tracking samples, testing and key development milestones.
- Collaborating cross-functionally and communicating with suppliers.
- Managing data and documentation in PLM and internal systems.
- Supporting quality, compliance and sustainability standards.
What Were Looking For:
- A relevant degree or vocational training (Product Dev, Footwear, Apparel, Textiles or similar).
- Some hands-on experience in product development (placements welcome!).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confident communication and a collaborative mindset.
- Interest in product construction, materials and manufacturing.
- PLM experience a bonus, not a must.
