We’re recruiting a Homewares Buyer to lead and grow an exciting home offer across textiles, décor, soft furnishings, lighting and furniture. This is a creative, hands-on role combining own-brand product development (textiles strongly preferred) with bought-in sourcing, building ranges that feel eclectic, colourful and story-led.

What you’ll do:

  • Create and present commercially strong ranges
  • Manage global suppliers, negotiate cost/MOQ/dates
  • Own the critical path and place initial orders to forecast
  • Keep product data, costing and setup 100% accurate
  • Analyse performance and manage risk
  • Work with Creative/Photography/Design plus Digital Trading, Web Merch and Marketing
  • Support Direct Mail themes and present ranges to wholesale/marketplace partners
  • Lead and develop a Buyers Assistant

What you’ll need:

  • 3+ years buying experience (homewares, fashion or similar)
  • Product development/manufacturer experience (textiles a bonus)
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills
  • Confident negotiator with global supplier experience
  • Multi-channel retail experience (ecommerce desirable)
