Junior Product Developer in Birmingham

Overview

£25,500–£30,000. Were recruiting for a major UK streetwear brand known for bold product, fast drops, and a strong presence across the fashion and culture space. Based in Birmingham, theyre growing quickly and need a Junior Product Developer to join the team ASAP.

This is a hands-on role where youll be right in the middle of the product process from tech pack to production and delivery.

What Youll Be Doing

• Allocating tech packs to factories for sampling
• Clarifying tech pack queries with factories alongside the Design team
• Chasing samples to meet deadlines for selection meetings
• Filing samples and updating rails by supplier
• Managing the sampling critical path with suppliers
• Creating style specs + grading across sizes/territories
• Approving fit samples and sending comments on Proto / PPS / PS
• Updating critical path with confirmed POs
• Monitoring critical dates to hit production + delivery targets
• Weekly supplier critical path meetings
• Coordinating with Operations on packaging and shipping

What Youll Need

• Experience or a fashion graduate who can be trained
• Education – Fashion Design or Fashion Buying
