We are recruiting for a multi-brand sportswear powerhouse working with elite sports teams, iconic brands and international retailers. Were on the hunt for a Sportswear Apparel Designer with proven garment design expertise to join our tight-knit, high-performing creative team.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Partner with the Head of Product and General Manager to take briefs from sports clubs and translate them into standout kit designs.
  • Dive deep into club culture, locations, and fanbase history to create authentic, bespoke concepts.
  • Present your ideas with confidence to clients taking feedback, refining designs, and securing product sign-off.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Garment Technician and our supply base to bring your vision to life from tech packs to product fittings.
  • Work across multiple brands, balancing on-field performance wear with commercial collections for global retail.
  • Liaise directly with factories across the Far East, Europe, and the UK, keeping production timelines on track and quality standards high.

What Youll Bring

  • 5+ years experience in the clothing industry across Product and Design.
  • Proven skill in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Excel.
  • Solid understanding of product construction, fit, materials, and production processes.
  • Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach happy to turn your hand to every part of the design process.
