We are looking for an Accountants Administrator to join a global retail business group who have a portfolio of high-profile lifestyle, sports and fashion brands. This is a full time, 5 days a week office-based role in Watford. No hybrid working.
As Accountants Administrator, you will be involved in bookkeeping and assist in producing up to Trial Balance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing Purchase and bought ledger invoices, printing invoices and credit notes.
- Posting, inputting and analysis on Invoices on SAGE including coding to Trial Balance.
- Checking bank statements and VAT amounts charged.
- Maintaining Accounts Payable ledgers, spreadsheets, and reports, as well as ensuring invoices tie up with purchase orders.
To apply, the right candidate should have around 2 to 3 years of experience in bookkeeping within the industry and ideally have worked for a similar business of scope and scale. Must be proficient in SAGE, have advanced knowledge in Excel spreadsheets, and be part qualified in ACCA, IAB, ACA, or CIMA.
