About Finnmark Sauna: Finnmark Sauna is the UK's premier supplier of authentic Sauna, Steam, Spa, and Wellness products. We're known for delivering world-class bespoke sauna projects and selling over 4,000 high-quality wellness products through our thriving eCommerce platform.

As our marketing and digital presence continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced PPC Manager to take full ownership of our paid Google & Microsoft advertising strategy and performance, ensuring every click drives profitable growth and aligns with our wider commercial goals. This is a hands-on, in-house PPC role for someone who lives and breathes paid advertising.

You will be managing large, complex paid accounts across Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, and YouTube. This is a much more important, bigger-picture role, with huge responsibility and opportunity to seriously drive the business's entire revenue and net profitability through strategic paid marketing decisions.

You will work closely with our internal marketing team (videographer, photographer, designer, and content marketers) to ensure the creative, copy, and landing pages support high-performing campaigns. You will also collaborate closely with SEO, social, and email teams to align activity across all channels, meaning any paid social experience will greatly aid you.

  • Take full ownership of Finnmark Sauna's Google Ads, Bing Ads, and YouTube Ads accounts, ensuring consistent performance and profitability.
  • Manage and optimise Shopping, Search, Display, and Video (YouTube) campaigns across the UK (& multiple markets in the future).
  • Conduct continuous competitor and pricing analysis, informing strategy, ROAS targets, product positioning, and promotional activity.
  • Lead the creation, testing, and refinement of ad copy, extensions, and creative briefs, collaborating with in-house content and design teams.
  • Plan and manage international PPC campaigns (Europe and beyond) as we expand our eCommerce footprint into new European countries.
  • Continuously monitor performance, delivering actionable insights and reports on ROAS, CPA, and profitability across categories.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audience targeting to continually improve campaign efficiency.
  • With UX in mind, ensure all campaigns run on PPC direct to an effective page that will generate results.
  • Use Google Analytics and other data tools to analyse traffic behaviour, conversions, and funnel performance.
  • Collaborate closely with SEO, email, and social teams to align paid and organic strategies.
  • Liaise with external agencies and consultants (where required), ensuring accountability and results.
  • Participate in high-level marketing discussions, contributing PPC insights that inform overall company strategy.
  • Liaise with the creative team to ensure all visual and video assets required for campaigns are delivered to spec and on time.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' hands-on PPC experience (agency or in-house), managing complex eCommerce accounts with 1000+ SKUs.
  • Deep technical knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Centre, and YouTube Ads.
  • A proactive obsession with AI, and its use applications in all aspects of your day-to-day, especially PPC execution.
  • Proven success running international PPC campaigns, particularly across Europe.
  • Proficient in Shopify, including feed management and conversion tracking setup.
  • Strong commercial mindset — you understand product margins, ROAS, and profitability, not just traffic metrics.
  • Strategic, analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented, and inquisitive — always asking 'why' and 'what if?'.
  • Strong communicator, able to collaborate across departments and translate PPC performance into business outcomes.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with PPC trends, algorithms, and platform updates is essential.
  • LinkedIn Advertising is beneficial but not essential.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary
  • Flexible working hours (around our core office hours)
  • 28 days holiday (including public holidays)
  • Option to purchase up to 10 additional holiday days via salary sacrifice
  • Free on-site parking
  • Work within a talented, supportive, and creative team of 45 people and growing

As part of the face-to-face interview process, shortlisted candidates will be asked to audit our Google Ads.
