Position Overview

Assist in processing hose orders and learn to assemble Caterpillar-certified hoses under supervision. Support the team by maintaining a clean and safe workspace, learning to use specialist hose cutting and crimping tools, and gaining knowledge of Cat HIS (Hydraulic Information System). This is an entry-level role designed to provide training and development for progression into a full Hose Counter Technician position.

  • Learn and assist in hose assembly processes under supervision (60%)
  • Support order processing, returns, and workflow management with guidance (20%)
  • Maintain workshop cleanliness and safety standards (20%)
