We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Sales Specialist to join our team and drive the growth of our comprehensive digital ecosystem. This role is crucial in promoting platforms such as Parts.cat.com, CAT Central, Finning Customer Portal, VisionLink, CAT Inspect, CAT SOS, CAT RFV, and CAT RAM.
Key Responsibilities- Promote Digital Solutions: Advocate for our holistic digital ecosystem to attract new customers, retain existing ones, and re-engage lapsed customers.
- Customer Onboarding: Act on eCommerce transaction referrals to onboard customers to Parts.cat.com and CAT Central, while highlighting the benefits of the entire ecosystem.
- Collaborate on Strategy: Work with the Digital Go-To-Market Lead to integrate digital solutions into the customer onboarding journey, driving new registrations and incremental eCommerce revenue.
- Lead Workshops: Conduct digital growth workshops with internal sales and parts teams to ensure strategic alignment and buy-in.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain direct customer relationships to support onboarding, activation, and ongoing support.
- Drive Subscriptions: Generate renewal and new VisionLink subscription revenue to expand our subscriber base and enhance profitability.
- Nationwide travel to branches and customer locations.
- Experience in a customer facing sales role.
- E-commerce or SaaS sales experience desirable but not essential.
- Keen sales orientation and drive to win new business.
