To provide an excellent customer experience across the Supply Chain Network. Through regional coverage (Cannock, Leeds, Winsford, Chesterfield, Peterborough) you will continue to provide exceptional support focusing on quality and efficiency to meet agreed service levels.

Major Job Functions

  • Working flexibly to ensure adequate coverage is provided across the supply chain network.
  • Working co-operatively within the branch to resolve any customer delivery queries between the sales and supply to maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Carry out all parts operations duties to support all of Finning’s Sales channels either as coverage or part of a rota in line with the requirements of the business.
  • Organise and consolidate all orders to ensure customer leaves with a complete accurate order in a timely manner.
  • Ensure customer requirements are met by using sales channels/tools available.
  • Active involvement in the improvement and maintenance of the working areas and the “Collection Point” following 5S and Contamination Control procedures.
  • Ensure all returns are inspected and processed in accordance with Finning UK returns policy, working with the warehouse to ensure returns are put away and receipted within 24 hours of inspection.
  • Manage outstanding returns liaising with customer and salesperson who authorised return.
  • Constant awareness of SHEQ obligations. Ensure area covered is meeting these requirements.

  • Service delivery SLA’s.
  • Meeting One to One performance objectives.
  • Health & Safety compliance.
  • Stock Accuracy 98%.

Education and Experience

  • MHE Licence, Warehouse experience, Warehousing / Logistic Qualification (NVQ), Customer Service Experience.
  • Due to the role offering regional coverage, this role will require driving licence.
