Job Description:

Conduct proactive outbound sales calls to new and existing customers.

Help manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to machine delivery, ensuring a seamless customer journey, working seamlessly with the TAMs.

Host and engage walk-in customers at the retail store, offering product demonstrations.

Promote marketing campaigns, events, and special offers to drive customer interest.

Maintain accurate customer records and machine data in CRM systems to support marketing and sales initiatives.

Collaborate with the Field Sales team to qualify leads and support wider sales efforts.

Achieve sales leads through an agreed volume of outbound calls, customer retention, and satisfaction.
