Position Overview:

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? Join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales Representative, where you’ll play a key role in driving sales of Caterpillar Machinery and attachments. You will be the first point of contact for customers, whether over the phone or in person, providing expert advice and tailored solutions that meet their needs. Job Description:

  • Conduct proactive outbound sales calls to new and existing customers.

  • Help manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to machine delivery, ensuring a seamless customer journey, working seamlessly with the TAM’s.

  • Host and engage walk-in customers at the retail store, offering product demonstrations.

  • Promote marketing campaigns, events, and special offers to drive customer interest.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and machine data in CRM systems to support marketing and sales initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the Field Sales team to qualify leads and support wider sales efforts.

  • Achieve sales leads through an agreed volume of outbound calls, customer retention, and satisfaction.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a proactive outbound B2B sales environment.

  • Strong selling skills and a professional telephone manner.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
