As Warehouse Operative in Parts and Collection you will provide an excellent customer experience at the Parts Collection Point for customers and Service Engineers, by focusing on quality and efficiency to meet agreed service levels.

We sell, rent, supply parts, service, and repair equipment and engines for customers in diverse industries such as mining, construction, petroleum, forestry, and a wide range of power systems applications.
Responsibilities
- Carry out daily receipt of all inward stock orders, IBTs, and returns, and daily dispatch of all parts orders using computer technology to support all processes.
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship all parts orders to meet the customer need by date.
- Be proactive and contribute to continuously improving warehouse processes and procedures.
- Achieve 99% stock accuracy in the warehouse by working accurately and responsibly.
- Dispatch and deliver parts through various courier networks using different software packages.
- Adhere to Health, Safety and Environmental policies, taking a proactive approach to reduce risks in the workplace.
- Report discrepancies or damage to any stock.
- Correctly load and unload outbound, inbound and cross-docked freight, ensuring accurate identification and labelling of goods and containers.
- Receive, collate, protect, pack and label goods for safe return to suppliers.
- Receipt and inspection of returned cores and return to NDC for final core inspection.
- Report to Supervisor any problems with the physical aspects of store operation such as damaged goods, out-of-stock situations, delivery shortages and discrepancies.
- Maintain housekeeping to a high standard to achieve minimum 3-star contamination control.
- Provide flexibility to meet changing customer demands, including Saturday working.
- Cover potential branch needs at other facilities as required.
- Engage and motivate to deliver personal development performance and meet objectives and KPIs.
- Respond to any customer delivery queries within 1 hour.
