Job Description:

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of customer accounts across Scotland, maximise the revenue and profitability of Product Support (Parts & Service) sales from new and existing Customers. You will be responsible for maintaining regular call cycles, preparing and submitting monthly forecasting reports, and acting as a primary contact for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Customer Accounts: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  2. Drive Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to grow revenue and achieve annual parts and service sales targets.

  3. Plan Call Cycles: Maintain regular call cycles (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) to keep in touch with customers and foster strong relationships. Maintain and update CRM weekly.

  4. Report and Forecast: Prepare and submit monthly activity and business forecasting reports to help guide our strategic goals.

  5. Utilize Tools: Use the Finning market analysis tool to identify new, lapsed, and campaign opportunities, and convert leads generated by the Inside Sales Team.

  6. Customer Point of Contact: Act as a primary contact for customers, stakeholders, and influencers, promoting Finning support services and resolving any issues promptly.

  7. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with other Product Support Sales Managers and internal teams to maximize opportunities across Product Support and New Sales.

  8. Mentor and Guide: Provide guidance and mentoring to Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) and Parts Counter teams to support their development.

  9. Market Awareness: Stay informed about competitors and market trends to support new product and campaign developments.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  1. Proven experience in sales and customer account management.

  2. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  4. Strong attention to detail in planning and reporting.
