We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Warranty and Technical Administrator to support the effective delivery of warranty and technical administration across Finning UK and Ireland.
The Warranty and Technical Administrator will ensure the accurate processing of warranty records, maintain essential systems and registers, and provide vital administrative support to our technical teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‐focused individual with strong communication skills who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Process warranty information, delivery service records and extended warranties.
- Register extended warranties with Caterpillar Insurance Services and issue certificates to customers.
- Maintain warranty registers, codes, fund tables and department webpages.
- Manage parts and component returns to Caterpillar and OEM suppliers.
- Order and distribute technical information for internal and external customers.
- Support technical communicators with calls, emails and enquiries.
- Raise purchase orders for both technical and warranty needs.
- Strong communication and relationship‐building skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and problem‐solving ability.
- Confident working independently and as part of a team.
- Solid IT skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good numeracy and literacy.
- Experience in a similar role or industry (desirable).
