We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team, selling industry-leading Caterpillar machinery, attachments, and service packages.## **Job Description:****Key Responsibilities:*** **Sales & Lead Conversion**: Proactively make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, converting inbound leads into sales across new and used machinery, attachments, and service packages.* **Customer Engagement**: Host customers at the regional branch, providing walkarounds, finalising deals, and ensuring a seamless collection experience.* **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate customer records, machine population data, and account details to support marketing initiatives and repeat business.* **Marketing & Campaigns**: Actively promote marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to drive sales and customer interest.* **Collaboration**: Work closely with the regional field sales team and Cat Financial Services to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.* **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify new opportunities, ensuring target revenue and appointment goals are met.**Knowledge, Skills & Experience:*** Proactive outbound B2B sales skills with a professional telephone manner* Experience in machinery sales desirable (Plant, Agriculture, or Automotive)* Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and KPIs* Strong interpersonal and organisational abilities* Excellent communication and customer service capabilities* Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed* Innovative and analytical thinker* Proficiency in CRM systems and PC applications* Understanding of database marketing**What We Offer:**In addition to a competitive salary, commission, 25 days holiday, life insurance and up to 7% pension, you will benefit from:* Comprehensive benefits* A dynamic and supportive work environment* Opportunities for professional growth and development**Why Join Us:**At Finning, we believe in the power of our people.
