Finning is the world's largest Caterpillar dealer. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences and innovative solutions. We are looking for a Credit Controller to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract.
The Credit Controller is responsible for minimising receivables exposure and maximising timely and accurate cash collections across our subsidiary business units. This position requires a confident self-starter with strong communication skills and a proven ability to manage customer relationships effectively while working to tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:- Proactive collection of overdue accounts
- Managing and resolving invoice disputes
- Credit checking and customer account management
- Accurate cash allocation and customer reconciliations
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Minimum 2 years’ credit control experience
- Confident communicator with excellent organisation skills
- Strong commercial judgement and ability to work to deadlines
- Great Plains/Navision experience desirable
