Overview
Lead Finning UK's Service Operations across the West Midlands region, supporting customers on key infrastructure projects including the landmark HS2 project.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Finning UK's Service Operations (20%) – Manage resources, operational costs and workforce planning to deliver exceptional customer service, strong business performance and sustainable growth.
- Drive a High-Performing Service Culture (15%) – Create and lead a service culture centred on customer excellence, collaboration and accountability.
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Experience (20%) – Champion a customer‑first approach across all areas of responsibility, ensuring a high‑quality service experience.
- Lead Safety, Quality and Operational Excellence (20%) – Act as a visible leader for Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) standards, promote a positive safety culture and embed operational excellence.
- Deliver Commercial Performance (15%) – Take accountability for the financial performance of the Cannock service operation, drive profitability through effective management of service work‑in‑progress, labour utilisation, cost control and dispute resolution.

Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in a field service, workshop management or engineering leadership role.
- Strong financial management and budget control experience.

- Experience within heavy equipment, construction, industrial or engineering sectors is desirable.
