SITECH is the exclusive dealer for Trimble’s machine control systems and experts in deploying site positioning systems, construction site software and delivering first‑class training and professional services.
We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to become the central point of contact for customers and support our regional sales team in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and responsive support for sales enquiries, service requests, and repair quotations.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is entered and managed correctly within internal systems.
- Coordinate order fulfilment and delivery schedules to ensure customer requirements and deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with sales, workshop, warehouse, and customer support teams to ensure equipment availability, installations, and service commitments are achieved.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure equipment and parts are delivered on time and support the smooth fulfilment of customer orders.
- Investigate and resolve invoice queries and disputes, working collaboratively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate paperwork, quotations, orders, records, and related documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Customer Service, Service Administrator, Workshop Coordinator, or similar role.
- Experience within a service, workshop, hire, rental, fleet management, engineering, construction, or related environment is highly advantageous.
- Understanding of sales order processing and order management systems.
- Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Comfortable working with internal business systems, order processing platforms, and databases.
