We are seeking an Assistant Accountant to support our finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Finance Managers and Commercial Business Partners to ensure accurate monthly financial transactions.
- Liaise with operational teams to resolve financial queries promptly.
- Support junior staff, offering training and guidance to enhance team performance.
- Prepare and analyse monthly reports, balance sheet reconciliations, and quarterly financial estimates.
- Administer systems, including troubleshooting, testing new processes, and regular maintenance.
- Deliver ad‑hoc reports and provide flexible support across the finance function.
Requirements
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or finalist.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a finance department.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and financial accounting principles.
- Experience with SAP, DBS and Microsoft systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with dealership operations is beneficial.
