Job Purpose
This role exists to bridge the gap between business needs and smart system solutions. As a Technical Business Systems Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the analysis, design, and implementation of improvements to our core business systems—enhancing performance, streamlining operations, and driving competitive advantage. Your work will go far beyond simply maintaining existing tools; you’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities to improve business processes and unlock greater value from the systems we already have in place. Working across all Finnebrogue sites, you’ll deliver solutions that support the entire operation—from factory floor to leadership team—by optimising productivity, enhancing system capabilities, and supporting long‑term strategic growth.
What It Takes
We’re looking for a Technical Business Systems Analyst who’s equal parts problem solver, communicator, and strategist—someone who can dive deep into business processes, uncover opportunities for improvement, and translate them into smart, scalable system solutions. You’ll be at the heart of how we evolve and enhance our business systems across all Finnebrogue sites, helping us unlock productivity, improve performance, and drive real competitive advantage. Whether it\’s refining core ERP and MES systems or shaping entirely new solutions, your work will have a measurable impact across the business. The ideal candidate is self‑starting, resourceful, and comfortable wearing many hats—from systems analysis and development to user support, training, and change management. You’ll be hands‑on with everything from process design to stakeholder negotiation, always focused on how things can be done better. You’ll know how to listen, translate complex requirements into clear actions, and collaborate with teams to deliver solutions that work in the real world. You don’t just react to problems—you proactively identify smarter ways of doing things and aren’t afraid to push for change where it’s needed. If you’re someone who loves improving systems, making processes more efficient, and turning tech into tangible business results, this is your kind of role.
