Production Supervisor PM – 3 Nights Per Week

Overview
Job purpose: You will play a vital role within the production site demonstrating key leadership skills to develop and manage a team of production and machine operatives. You will have accountability for delivering some of the most innovative food products on the market in line with the quality standards that Finnebrogue has been renowned for. Working with a daily production plan you will have full autonomy and responsibility for production outputs including labour and material.

It would be advantageous if you have experience in a similar role; however, if you are self-motivated, have experience leading a team, or are working within a manufacturing environment and are ready for your next challenge, we offer full training to help you fulfil your potential.
Hours of Work
Nightshift, Sunday – Thursday, 6pm – finish. We are currently recruiting for a job share opportunity to work 3 nights per week. Days can be discussed at interview stage.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of production and machine operatives on a daily basis.
- Deliver production outputs in line with the daily production plan.
- Oversee labour and material usage to meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar production/ manufacturing leadership role is advantageous but not required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills; self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
