Job PurposeYou will play a vital role within the production site team, demonstrating key leadership skills to develop and manage a team of production and machine operatives. You will have accountability for delivering some of the most innovative food products on the market in line with the quality standards that Finnebrogue has been renowned for. Working with a daily production plan you will have full autonomy and responsibility for production outputs including labour and material.
What It TakesExperience in a similar role is advantageous; however, if you are self‐motivated, have experience leading a team, or are working in a manufacturing environment and ready for your next challenge, we will provide full training to help you fulfil your potential.
