Job Purpose
You will play a vital role within the production site demonstrating key leadership skills to develop and manage a team of production and machine operatives. You will have accountability for delivering some of the most innovative food products on the market in line with the quality standards that Finnebrogue has been renowned for. Working with a daily production plan you will have full autonomy and responsibility for production outputs including labour and material.
What it takes
It would be advantageous if you have experience in a similar role, however if you are self-motivated, have experience leading a team or if you are working within a manufacturing environment and are ready for your next challenge we offer full training to ensure you fulfil your potential.
Hours of Work
Nightshift, Sunday – Thursday, 6pm – finish
