Job Description Weigh, measure and prepare raw materials in line with production schedules, specifications and work instructions.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure products are prepared safely, accurately and on time.
Maintain high standards of food safety, quality, hygiene and health and safety.
Monitor product quality and report any discrepancies or issues promptly.
Minimise waste and ensure accurate stock and ingredient control.
Maintain equipment in good condition and report any damage or defects.
Keep the Spice Room clean, tidy and organised, following a clean-as-you-go approach.
Complete all required documentation accurately.
Wear and use all required PPE and safety equipment.
Support brand integrity by ensuring products consistently meet specification.
Work collaboratively to achieve production targets and undertake training across all departmental roles as required.
Required criteria Good Engish reading, writing and numerical and verbal communication skills.
Physically capable of meeting demands of role.
