Job Purpose

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Trainee Supervisor to join our fast‑paced production team in our Bacon site. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing or team‑leading experience who is ready to develop their leadership skills in a supportive environment. As a Trainee Supervisor, you will work closely with experienced supervisors and managers to learn all aspects of production leadership. You’ll play a key role in ensuring operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with food safety and quality standards. We will provide full training to help you fulfil your potential.

Hours of Work

Day Shift: Monday to Friday 7 am to 4‑5 pm £14.84 per hour. This role is part of our Production Pathways Programme. You will start the Programme as a Level 1 trainee supervisor and through training and experience progress through Levels 2 and Level 3.
