Operating from four facilities in Downpatrick, Northern Ireland, Finnebrogue supplies major supermarkets with own‑label bacon, sausages, burgers, and vegetarian products, as well as its pioneering Naked range made without nitrites.

Job Purpose

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Trainee Supervisor to join our fast‑paced production team in our seasonal factory. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing or team‑leading experience who is ready to develop their leadership skills in a supportive environment. The role includes administrative duties such as production checks, attendance recording, and performance management with a requirement for a level of English reading and writing. The trainee will work closely with experienced supervisors and managers to learn all aspects of production leadership. You will play a key role in ensuring operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with food safety and quality standards. Full training will be provided.

This team is due to begin on the 7th June 2026; training will be provided alongside the day‑shift team in the week before the commencement of night shift.

Hours of Work

Night shift: Sunday to Thursday, from 6 pm to 4 am. The trainee rate is £15.34 per hour, with increases after completion of training.
