Job Purpose

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Trainee Supervisor to join our fast-paced production team in our DBP Sausage factory. This role includes administrative duties such as production checks, attendance recording and performance management responsibilities, and requires a level of English reading and writing skills. As a Trainee Supervisor, you will work closely with experienced supervisors and managers to learn all aspects of production leadership. You’ll play a key role in ensuring operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with food safety and quality standards. We will provide full training to help you fulfil your potential.

Hours of Work

Night shift: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday, from 6 pm to 4/5 am. The trainee rate for this role is £15.34 per hour, with increases when trained.
