The Role

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to lead an innovative and award‑winning New Product Development team. You will manage and develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and be responsible for driving projects from concept through to launch with a strategic focus on long‑term and short‑term objectives.

What It Takes

You will have significant experience in a similar role and hold a relevant third‑level qualification. You will have worked with ingredient and packaging suppliers, established relationships with major retailers, and demonstrated commercial focus with a results‑driven approach. Leadership and a people‑centric mindset will be essential.
