Job role Duties / Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of 4-5 packaging mezz staff.
- Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and ensure team productivity and performance targets are met.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate expectations, changes, and updates.
- Monitor and manage packaging material inventory to ensure adequate supply for production needs.
- Track usage and report discrepancies or low stock levels in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with procurement and Goods In teams to order and receive materials efficiently.
- Oversee daily packaging activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency.
- Coordinate with the production and planning teams to deliver packaged goods as per schedule.
- Ensure all packaging activities adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of packaging output and materials usage.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions for operational efficiency.
Hours of Work
5 days out of 7 (to include Sunday) Nightshift 6pm – 4/5am finish.
