Job Purpose
The Team Lead will be reporting and working closely with the Engineering Manager to plan and schedule Engineering Shift resources to ensure that the processing equipment is kept in full working order, liaising with the Production Team to ensure job requests are promptly actioned.
The Team Lead will have accountability for the shift’s engineering workload, prioritisation, and direction of the workload to ensure that pro‑active maintenance is completed, ensure that all Engineering works meet and exceed site Health & Safety requirements - use of Permit to Work, appropriate PPE, machinery isolation using Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO).
Hours of Work
Continental shift pattern working 12 hour shifts, two weeks on day shift and two weeks on evening/night shift, on a rsoter basis covering Monday to Sunday.
Day Shift - 6am to 6pm
Evening/Night Shift - 6pm-6am
