The Role
Working at our Bacon Site as a Charge Hand, the job role will vary from preparing, making and packing quality meat products with additional responsibility for assisting the supervisor to complete food safety and quality checks.
Hours of Work
- Day Shift and Night Shift position available
- Dayshift: 6am - 5pm/Finish, Monday to Friday
- Nightshift: 6pm to 4am/Finish Sunday to Thursday
What it takes
No experience necessary as full training will be provided; however, it is desirable to have previous experience within a food production environment. All candidates should demonstrate core values at all times and have an understanding of and commitment to the Equality and Diversity Policy and ability to promote this day to day. To be considered for this role you should have the ability to work as part of a team with self-motivation and initiative, good communication skills and a proven high level of manual dexterity and speed which will be monitored throughout your employment.
