The Role

Hours of work: Dayshift 4 out of 7 days per week, from 6am–6pm on a rota basis. As a Hygiene Operative, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the production facility, ensuring a safe environment for the manufacture of high‑quality products.

What It Takes

  • Must be physically capable of meeting demands of the role.
  • Upon successful completion of the 10 week Level 1 training programme you’ll be rewarded with a skilled competency pay uplift to Level 2.
  • You will be an enthusiastic individual who can work as part of a team and can also work on their own and has the ability to work on all areas of the factory to make sure all standards required are achieved.
  • All training will be provided.
