Job Purpose
This role exists to bridge the gap between business needs and smart system solutions. As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the analysis, design, and implementation of improvements to our core business systems—enhancing performance, streamlining operations, and driving competitive advantage. Your work will go far beyond simply maintaining existing tools; you’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities to improve business processes and unlock greater value from the systems we already have in place.

What It Takes
We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst who’s equal parts problem solver, communicator, and strategist—someone who can dive deep into business processes, uncover opportunities for improvement, and translate them into smart, scalable system solutions. Whether it\’s refining core ERP and MES systems or shaping entirely new solutions, your work will have a measurable impact across the business.
The ideal candidate is self-starting, resourceful, and comfortable wearing many hats—from systems analysis and development to user support, training, and change management. You’ll be hands-on with everything from process design to stakeholder negotiation, always focused on how things can be done better. You’ll know how to listen, translate complex requirements into clear actions, and collaborate with teams to deliver solutions that work in the real world. You don’t just react to problems—you proactively identify smarter ways of doing things and aren’t afraid to push for change where it’s needed. If you\’re someone who loves improving systems, making processes more efficient, and turning tech into tangible business results, this is your kind of role.
Hours of Work
37.5 hours per week, with core working hours Monday to Thursday 10am – 4pm, Friday 10am – 3pm. Initially based onsite in Downpatrick with hybrid working opportunities to follow completion of full training.
