Already profitable and active in four countries, we’re now expanding rapidly across both product scope and markets.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own our Earned Wage Access domain globally. This is a highly data-driven role at the core of FINN’s financial engine, responsible for optimising disbursement, repayment, and risk at scale. This role has direct ownership over core financial metrics, model performance, and risk outcomes. You’ll join a small, global, remote product team. This is a fully remote role.
Responsibilities
- Own FINN’s Earned Wage Access product globally, including disbursement and collections of large transaction volumes.
- Lead experiment driven improvements to our user facing flows and backend payments processing systems.
- Work closely with Data, Engineering, and Risk teams to evaluate, tune, and iterate on algorithms and decision logic.
- Support in-market teams with platform improvements that enable scale while reducing financial and operational risk.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a product or domain at scale.
- Sufficient technical depth to understand system interactions, data flows, and backend processes.
- Strong data fluency, including hands‑on experience analysing datasets, defining experiments, and interpreting results using statistical reasoning.
- Hands‑on understanding of statistics and basic data science methodologies (e.g. hypothesis testing, experiment design, distributions, model evaluation).
- Prior fintech or similarly regulated industry experience.
Nice to have
- Exposure to payments, collections (direct debit, cards), credit or risk‑related products.
- Experience with experimentation platforms (launchDarkly, Growthbook etc).
- Experience in growth‑stage startups.
