With deep industry expertise and a fully integrated approach across PR, digital, social, and influencer marketing, we deliver campaigns that cut through, spark conversation, and inspire travelers around the world.
We are seeking a Digital Account Manager to join our travel division. You’ll partner closely with Account Directors across a diverse client base, taking campaigns from concept through execution while ensuring every activation delivers impact, creativity, and measurable visibility.
Your work will include social strategy, content calendar development, reporting, content creation, influencer partnerships, and client counsel. This role follows a hybrid working model with access to our Old Street office in London. We welcome applicants across the UK who can occasionally attend in-person meetings and team collaboration sessions.
What Success Looks Like: You do not just manage accounts—you create impactful campaigns and ideas that drive results. You build strong relationships with clients, creators, and colleagues, bring fresh thinking to every project, and consistently deliver high-quality work across multiple workstreams. Over time, you continue to grow into broader client leadership and team mentorship opportunities.

- Bring strong commercial awareness, connecting creative thinking to measurable business impact.
- Effectively manage high-pressure situations and competing priorities.
- Be available to travel for client meetings, events, and creator trips as needed.
- Demonstrate understanding of financial and performance management principles.
Skills Required:

- Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brands is helpful but not required
- Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident working across different teams and client accounts
- Comfortable using social media and digital tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- University degree or equivalent experience preferred
