As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking an exceptional Operations Lead to join our Senior Leadership Team. About the Role

The Operations Lead acts as the operational heartbeat of the resort. Working across all departments, you will hold the bigger picture, ensuring information flows effectively, plans are aligned, teams are connected and guest experiences are delivered seamlessly from beginning to end. You will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day operations while also leading the operational planning and delivery of weddings, corporate retreats, exclusive hire events and premium guest experiences. This role is ideal for someone who remains calm under pressure, enjoys solving problems before they arise and naturally builds trust with people at every level of an organisation.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Operational Coordination
    • Maintaining a clear view across all operational departments
    • Supporting communication and collaboration between teams
    • Identifying challenges early and coordinating practical solutions
    • Helping create consistency, structure and operational rhythm across the resort
    • Supporting department leaders to deliver exceptional results
    • Coordinating weddings, retreats, corporate events and exclusive hire programmes
    • Leading pre-event planning and operational briefings
    • Managing event timelines and operational readiness
    • Coordinating external suppliers and partners
    • Supporting smooth delivery during live events
    • Conducting post-event reviews and continuous improvement planning
  • Planning & Organisation
    • Developing operational briefing packs and preparation plans
    • Maintaining event and operational calendars
    • Building practical systems and processes that improve consistency
    • Supporting site readiness and operational excellence
    • Working closely with department heads across the resort
    • Building strong cross-functional relationships
    • Creating alignment between teams and operational priorities
    • Contributing as a valued member of the Senior Leadership Team

  • A genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
