Finn Lough is a lakeside retreat with a strong food story, a love of seasonal produce and a team who genuinely care about what they do. We are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager who can lift every part of our F&B offering. This is a hands-on role that blends leadership on the floor with smart planning, financial awareness and creative thinking.

You will shape the full F&B journey here, from breakfast trays to dinner service in Lasair, from bar performance to events and private dining. If you enjoy working in a place where quality matters, ideas are welcome and the team feel part of something, you will fit right in.

What the role covers:
  • Lead daily F&B operations across all outlets
  • Maintain high standards of dinner service in Lasair with strong presence on the floor
  • Build a confident, well trained team with clear expectations
  • Improve natural upsells across drinks, desserts and sides
  • Take full ownership of breakfast quality, pace and guest satisfaction
  • Review and refine menus to improve margins and draw in non resident guests
  • Strengthen bar performance and stock control
  • Oversee all satellite service areas to keep standards consistent
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, cost control, stock checks and waste reduction
  • Work closely with kitchen and garden teams to champion seasonal produce
  • Plan events and private dining with smooth coordination and high service levels
  • Build a positive culture that supports progression, accountability and good communication
About you:

You lead from the front and know how to get the best out of a team. You care about guest experience, but you also understand the numbers behind it. You communicate clearly, act with confidence and keep standards high without losing warmth. You are comfortable experimenting, learning and improving as you go. Resort or multi-outlet experience is essential, along with a strong track record of improving F&B KPIs.

If you enjoy the outdoors and like working somewhere with real character, this could be a great fit. Weekend and evening availability is required and due to our location, a driving licence is needed. On site accommodation is available for relocation.

If this sounds like your kind of challenge, we would love to hear from you.
